Property Care Pros, a local lawn and snow service company in Sioux Falls, needed a modern website to establish credibility, attract new customers, and streamline quote requests. They had no online presence, making it difficult for potential clients to find them or learn about their services. Their goal was to generate consistent leads and stand out in a competitive local market.
I led the project from discovery through launch, starting with user research and competitive analysis to shape the site’s structure and messaging. I designed a responsive website in Webflow focused on performance, clarity, and conversion. Key features included a bold hero section with clear service messaging, an integrated contact form, localized SEO, and custom graphics to reflect their brand. The site was fully optimized for mobile and built with scalability in mind.

After launching the site, Property Care Pros began receiving multiple new customer inquiries per month directly through the site. The clear layout and mobile-first design significantly boosted engagement, while SEO improvements helped the business appear in local search results for key services.
